Assignment for my job at the faculty of industrial design engineering, department of design drawing.
This is a chair designed by the famous dutch architect, Gerrit Rietveld.
Linework with fineliner, coloring done in Photoshop.

Automotive sketches

Some automotive sketches. The main objective was to create many variations in a short amount of time. The theme was fast cars, so never mind the two on the left :)

Character Sketches

Red pencil & fineliner.

Quick sketch (about one hour) of a robot, for the purpose of practicing a metallic look. Done with fineliner and marker.

..Part two of last weeks video appears to be too big to upload.. So here's the final result image. Changed the cast shadow; seemed to work better this way.

Car sketching process

Back from vacation and up an' at it again. Something fun this time; I downloaded some free screen recording software (camstudio) and recorded the process of sketching out a fast car. The quality isn't all that great, but it might still be fun to watch..! Next week, I'll upload part two..

Painting

Phew, busy times... Many projects, both studywise and businesswise.. So for a change I thought it might be fun to post a painting, something I've been doing with more and more enjoyment for the past two-three years. This a pretty recent one. Acrylic on board.
